Williams Lake lakefront property 3rd most valuable across northern B.C. at $3M

Pioneer Log Homes-built property makes BC Assessment’s top 3

A home on Williams Lake is the third highest valued residential property in the north central region at $3,089,000, according to BC Assessment.

The property, a custom log house built by Pioneer Log Homes of B.C. in 2006, sits on 3.74 acres on Williams Lake. It has six bedrooms and five baths.

The property was listed on the market in 2021 for almost $4 million, and sold after the July 1, 2023 assessment for an undisclosed amount.

Only two residential properties in the north central region are assessed higher by BC Assessment; a Prince George property in College Heights assessed at $3,252,000 and a lakefront property on Moberly Lake assessed at $4,572,000.

Several homes on Bridge Lake in the South Cariboo, as well as homes on Sheridan Lake, Horse Lake, Canim Lake, Green Lake, also in the South Cariboo, and Ten Mile Lake, north of Quesnel, and a Quesnel home on Dragon Lake made the top 100 list.

Also making the top 100 valued residential properties is, at #36, a home on Big Lake, assessed at $1,874,000, and, at #75, a home on Mason Road at Williams Lake assessed at $1,672,000.
