VIU volleyball teams will close out fall action

Vancouver Island University’s volleyball teams will try to take good vibes into the break.

The VIU Mariners women’s and men’s v-ball squads close out their fall schedules in the Pacific Western Athletic Association with matches at home against the Douglas Royals on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 22-23.

VIU’s women are 7-1 so far in PacWest play while the men, at 3-5, will be looking to get to .500 at the break.

GAME ON … Friday's women's match start at 6 p.m., with the men to follow at 8 p.m. On Saturday, the women's match is at 1 p.m. and the men at 3 p.m.
