The purpose of the proposed Temporary Use Permit is to permit Temporary Accommodation use at 226 Buller Street to authorize a Short-Term Rental within a Secondary Suite. The term of the proposed Permit would be three years with the option to apply for one renewal.

The proposed Permit and related information may be viewed at City Hall located at 410 Esplanade Avenue, or the Development Services Office located at 132C Roberts Street, Ladysmith, BC, until Tuesday, May 6, 2025, between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
