Penticton residents are invited to have their say and provide feedback on city services in a new community survey.

“Everyone is strongly encouraged to take the opportunity to share this vital feedback,” said Penticton Mayor Julius Bloomfield.

The survey can be filled out at shapeyourcitypenticton.ca or in person at Penticton City Hall, located at 171 Main St.

Bloomfield said the results will help the city understand the community’s perception of current service levels and provide insight on how council can continue to deliver on its priorities.

The deadline to complete the 10-minute survey is June 1.

"This survey allows us to benchmark our performance, gather valuable feedback on the services we provide, and collect input to inform decisions," the city said. "The insights we gather are shared with the city council, staff, and the public."

This marks the first community survey in Penticton since 2023.

Anyone who participates in this year's questionnaire can enter into a draw to win one of ten $100 grocery gift cards.
