The Vancouver Canucks have added between the pipes to start the second day of the 2025 NHL Entry Draft on Saturday, June 28.
With the 47th overall selection, the Canucks picked goaltender Aleksei Medvedev.
The 2007-born Vaughan, Ont. native went 22-8-2 for the 2025 Memorial Cup champion London Knights, recording three shutouts, a 2.79 goals against average, and a .912 save percentage.
In the third round, with the 65th overall pick, the Canucks selected centre Kieran Dervin from the Kingston Frontenacs of the OHL.
